Certified Health Counsler, is passionate about maximizing her clients' health and well being in a supportive and motivating style.
Lisa received her certification for Integrative Nutrition at Teachers College at Columbia University, located in New York City. She is certified by the AADP,
leads workshops on nutrition, and offers individual health counseling. Lisa is also owner of Revive Studio in Port Jefferson, New York, specializing in Pilates, Gyrontonic and Yoga since 1999.
As a loving mother of two, Lisa lives the life that she teaches and enjoys being a role model for others!
